The utilities included in your rent are HEAT, water, trash, sewer, a covered carport, and even storage. Tenants only need to pay their electric and internet.

We offer 12, 9, and 6 month lease options. 12 month leases are $1450. 9 month leases are an additional $100 per month. 6 month leases are an additional $200 per month.
