Details you will need before moving in
Application
Please complete the Application Form for each adult. The application fee is $50 per adult and is non-refundable. Each applicant must provide valid ID, rental references, and proof of income. Please sign the Applicant Consent Form to allow us to check your credit. We support Equal Housing Opportunity and never discriminate. If you have concerns about your credit qualifications for the apartment, please ask in advance before you apply.
Lease duration
Our typical lease term is 1 year.
There is a 2 pet limit. Dogs and cats must be leashed outside the apartment and all common areas except for designated play area and walking trails. If your dog is well trained and you have complete control over it, it may go without a leash in these areas.
Utilities
Heat, water, trash, and sewer, a large storage closet and one spot of reserved covered parking are all included. The tenant pays the electric and internet/cable.
Keeping it Nice
Our goal is to provide our tenants a clean, safe, comfortable home and we expect you want to keep it that way. There is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. There are no designated smoking areas as we are a totally smoke-free community.
