My family & I enjoyed our apartment here. We’ve had a few in the past that do not compare. Nothing lavish but the staff is incredibly friendly & quick on repairs. Pets are allowed with up to date vaccines & flea control, which I love because it protects everybody. No ridiculous rules, the landlords are very understanding in difficult situations. We’ve recommended them in the past & will continue to.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my 3 years living here! The managers have been nothing but helpful and timely, the apartments are clean, quiet and bright. My maintenance requests have always been attended to quickly and with a friendly face.

Mena and Larry (landlords) take care of us like family. They are always willing to help with anything that we need, and make the safety and well-being of their tenants a top priority. I would highly recommend renting here!

I had a great experience at Holland Apartments. I always felt safe there. Anytime I needed something from management, it was taken care of almost immediately. They went above and beyond to make my apartment experience positive!

The managers live on-site and so issues are handled promptly. They are kind, warm and welcoming as well as no-nonsense! If you are an above board person who wants to live in a great neighborhood and be a great neighbor yourself, this is the place for you! It is also surrounded by a great area for walking and enjoying not only the grounds themselves but also the surrounding neighborhood!

This apartment complex is great thanks to the excellent management. It is smoke free, has assigned covered parking, has a pool and accepts large dogs. The buildings have high quality construction and excellent sound proofing. The decks are new.
